Castel´er special "Doppelbock" beer
The Casteler'er Christmas Bock "Castelator" is a strong, full-bodied bock beer with a subtle caramel note—something truly special!
Brewed according to the German Purity Law of 1516 with the finest ingredients, matured in oak barrels, and served unfiltered. A craft beer—just as it should be!

Original gravity 17° Plato, alcohol content 6.5% volume
Bock beer belongs to the strong beer category. More malt is used in the brewing process, thus increasing the original gravity. Bock beer originates from northern Germany, specifically Einbeck near Hanover (known since 1351). Since 1615, it has been brewed in Munich by the Einbeck brewmaster Elias Pilcher. Over the years, "Ainpöckisch Bier" evolved into "Bockbier."

The Bärenherz Foundation supports such facilities for families with children who are terminally ill and have a low life expectancy, especially children's hospices.
